Returns:
- Items must be returned within 60 days from the purchase date.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Custom-ordered items are non-returnable unless they are defective or the order was incorrect.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
Note:
If your order was incorrect, we are happy to offer a replacement item or provide a refund as appropriate.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges can be made for items of equal value.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Kindly note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
